3725 >ASS< Sprue Gripper with Soft Touch Coated Jaws
With the highest closing force in its class, these GRZ20 full-body grippers are made of anodized aluminum and jaws made of hard-coat aluminum. Several mounting options are available - fits all 20mm clamps and arms. The soft touch coating consists of a high strength Elastomer Polyurethane and is applied in a proprietary multi step process. This coating is abrasion and slip resistant and silicone free. It dramatically reduces or even eliminates marking of high gloss or other sensitive surfaces. EP working temperature is 194°F (90°C) and short term temperature resistant of up to 266°F (130°C).

Use this pneumatically activated sprue pusher to overcome an unwanted side effect of grippers with a high closing force, is that especially hot and soft plastic materials have the tendency to stick at the open gripper jaws.
