3890 >ASS< GRZ 14 Medium Body Gripper Sprue Pusher
Use this pneumatically activated sprue pusher to overcome an unwanted side effect of grippers with a high closing force, is that especially hot and soft plastic materials have the tendency to stick at the open gripper jaws.

- For GRZ 14 medium body grippers, NOT suitable for jaw types: EP, A, AH, DB, RB and SL.
- If attaching to a gripper with a PNP or NPN sensor, mount to the opposite side as the sensor finger.
- The AAE Sprue Pusher is 3D printed from a durable plastic material in order to save weight.
- It is actuated by a pneumatic micro barrel cylinder. A spring returns the pusher back into its default position.

- Sprue push unit
- M3 fitting for 4mm tubing
- Hose reducer from 6mm to 4mm tubing
- 3' (1meter) 4mm tubing

Several mounting options are available - fits all 14mm clamps and arms. The soft touch coating consists of a high strength Elastomer Polyurethane and is applied in a proprietary multi step process. This coating is abrasion and slip resistant and silicone free. It dramatically reduces or even eliminates marking of high gloss or other sensitive surfaces. EP working temperature is 194°F (90°C) and short term temperature resistant of up to 266°F (130°C).
