Whether you need a single automation cell or a lights out, plant-wide system EMI will design and build an automation system that meets your requirements and exceeds your expectations.
Getting started is easy. If you have a concept in mind just fill out the appropriate datasheets and send them to us or contact us to have a EMI sales engineer come to your facility to meet with you to discuss your application. He will talk with you about the scope of your project and gather all of the technical data—molding machine dimensions, molded part size, box size, floor space, etc.—necessary to design a system that meets your requirements and needs minimal changes while installing. Upon receipt of your project data, our engineering department will provide a comprehensive, detailed design through the use of 3-D CAD solid-model engineering to provide the best, most precise drawings available. These drawings not only feature your custom EMI system, but also other items—mold machines, work tables, etc.—to help you visualize your system from every angle making it easy to understand how it will work and interact with other equipment within your facility. Once completed, you will receive the layout of your system and a formal quotation for your approval.

When calling about replacement parts or service questions, please have equipment serial number ready to expedite your service. Serial numbers should be located on the conveyor frame.
