1878 Senvex Mini Sprue Gripper with Sensor Trigger on Jaw
Simple, easy sensing. A sensor mounted on the finger confirms sprue gripped and eliminates the "hide and seek" process of sensor set-up.
- The steel jaw trigger is long lasting and has a high temperature range.
- This gripper has a higher grip force than other similarly sized sprue grippers.
- Serrated fingers hold small and medium sprues firmly.

- Use Gimatic SS–style sensors (see below)
- ∅10mm diameter mounting post with M5 air port allows this gripper to be used with standard mounting and air connection components. Alternate M5 air port on front of gripper can be used.
- 3–9mm Applicable Sprue
- 14.5lbf Force at 25mm Tooling Length. (tooling length is measured at jaw pivot point.)

This 3D printed (PA12 Nylon) bracket is an accessory that allows a OFC-14-10 Cylinder to be easily mounted to the body of a PB gripper. The OFC cylinder can be equipped with a few optional accessories intended to eject a runner stuck to the jaw of the gripper.
