1609 Nile Pivoting Nipper Body MG-10
In its inactive state, the blade of this Nile Pivoting MG nipper is open and pivoted forward. When compressed air is applied, the blade pivots backward and closes to cut the sprue flush to the part.

Nile nippers are good quality basic blade at a competitive cost. Blade sharpness has an initial tendency to be more blunt compared to other blades; however, this design will stay sharper longer when other initially sharper blades lose their sharpness. Mechanical stops are at the crotch of the blade which ensures a very precise stop, preventing blade bypass and overlap. Should the blade need resharpening, the mechanical stop can usually be hand honed to meet original performance specifications
