These models combine the strong nipper cutting capability of NS bodies with a linear slide and an air cylinder. Their upright, fixed right-angle make them convenient for use on separate degating stations. Inline blades (ordered separately) such as AJ and AJL are typically used with these nipper slide systems.

Vessel nippers are very good quality that other quality blades are compared to, but at a relatively high cost with carbide and custom blades available at long lead times. Permanent mechanical stops are pre-set at the factory. Should the blade need resharpening, the mechanical stop must be reground to meet original performance specifications.
