The GT-NK Series nipper is ideal for cutting small fan gates. The small, compact, and lightweight design enables this nipper to fit into limited spaces between tight gate/runner configurations.

2330 Vessel Compact Thrust Cut Nipper Blade
  • Vessel nippers are very good quality that other quality blades are compared to, but at a relatively high cost with carbide and custom blades available at long lead times.
  • Very high initial sharpness. Excellent for harder to cut plastics. May take more maintenance to keep blades sharp.
  • Permanent mechanical stops are pre-set at the factory. Should the blade need resharpening, the mechanical stop must be reground to meet original performance specifications.
  • Forged blades from high speed steel and hardened.
