7578 Gimatic 95° Gripper Finger with Grip Pad OFR30-95SM Sensor Ready
New design! The gripper body is now all one metal piece, providing a longer service life better performance!
95 degree gripper fingers are ideal for gripping molded plastic parts that cannot be gripped using vacuum cups or standard grippers. This is typically the case with plastic parts that are cosmetically sensitive, and with parts that do not have surfaces suitable for use with vacuum cups or traditional grippers.
Dual sensor slots provide confirmation of the finger position. The sensor slots extend the overall length of the gripper finger body. This is an advantage because gripper fingers almost always require the use of extensions for achieving sufficient reach.

Gimatic PRO-SS sensors are digital magnetoresistive sensors with up to 3 programmable output signals, for example: gripper fully open, gripper fully closed, and part gripped. They fit in Gimatic C shaped sensor slots. When the programmed switched position is reached, the corresponding output is activated, and its status is indicated visually with the LEDs. Configuring the outputs is achieved through a simple one-button interface.
This sensor is the replacement for Part# SS3M203Y. The only difference is it does not come with the adaptor for grippers with a T-slot.
