3969 >ASS< Magnetic Gripper with 20mm Clampable Body PMG 20

This pneumatically actuated magnet gripper is designed to handle small ferrous parts with the intended purpose of loading small inserts for over molding applications. The gripper is small and lightweight. Use a threaded bushing to secure custom nests and end pieces.

The normal state of the PMG gripper is magnetized. When compressed air is applied, the internal rare earth magnet will retract and deenergize the gripping surface. The head features a M20 x 1.5 thread to accept the insert nest bushing. EMI's engineering team can assist with the design of insert nests for your application.
