Clearance and Discontinued Items

Discontinued: Discontinued products are marked down 30%, and no longer being manufactured or are no longer available through EMI. These products are brand new and are covered by EMI’s Limited Warranty.

Clearance: Clearance products are marked down 40% and are items that have been returned by customers or have been mounted and removed from tools and are not being sold as new. These may have nicks, scratches, clamp marks, or slight alterations; but are fully functional and are covered by EMI’s Limited Warranty.

Terms and Conditions and Limited Warranty: Discontinued and Clearance items are covered by EMI’s Limited Warranty. Standard Order Terms and Conditions apply except for Returns. Returns must be made within 15 days of shipment and returned in the same condition as shipped.
