EMI Purging Compound

EMI Purging Compound is a ready-to-use, pre-mixed compound that can be used for any process including injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion and on any resin between 360°F and 600°F. It is also non-toxic and FDA approved for food contact and pharmaceutical use.

Our standard compound (PP-105G) contains glass fibers to remove contaminants—such as resins containing fillers or applications with heavy colorant use—that require strong mechanical action to purge. For easier to purge and cleaner material try compound PP-105 without the glass fibers. Our sales representatives and technical staff can assist in determining which better suits your needs.
