Gimatic Vacuum Pump - EJ-BSVLG Medium

The EJ-BSVLG vacuum pumps are a good choice for high frequency Pick-and-Place applications, and many more. Configurations with ON/OFF valves pre-installed are available for separate control of blow-off and vacuum. This type of blow-off is often used on vacuum pumps for both cleaning dusty/dirty parts pre-pick, and again after gripping the parts for a quick release. They can even assist in keeping the internal cartridge flaps clean from debris build-up (very common in corrugate box applications for example).

• Ideal for centralized and decentralized applications.
• Excellent ratio between suction flow rate and compressed air consumption.
• Available with or without 2x integrated ON/OFF valves (for vacuum and blow-off control), each features an integrated manual override control.
• POM body is compatible for mounting of ISO 15218 (15 mm) valves of type 3/2 NC or NO with 1.6 mm diameter opening.
• Available with two- and three-stage EJ-MEDIUM cartridges (LP, HF and HV).
• Additional vacuum ports for mounting a vacuum switch (VACSW for example).
