EOAT gripper fingers are ideal for gripping parts when vacuum cups cannot be used or when a standard gripper is impractical. Typically, robot gripper fingers are implemented at the edges of wide parts or cosmetic parts. Once in place, the robot gripper finger swings behind the part and locks into position to grip the part’s front and back faces.

New gripper finger stops with vacuum detection for part sensing. Available in three sizes with replaceable non-marking HNBR pads. The EP coating is slip resistant, has a max. temp. of 266°F, and reduces or even eliminates marking of high gloss or other sensitive surfaces.

Gripper fingers with 3D printed stops are a great alternative to handle parts that cannot be gripped with parallel grippers or vacuum cups. EMI manufactures custom EOAT parts in-house to meet your complete Robot End Of Arm Tooling requirements.   Custom angled paddle gripper fingers with HNBR are used to support the handling capabilities of gripper fingers. Accurately reaching behind a part is achievable with gripper fingers, and adding a 3D printed stop offers an even more secure grip.
