The ZJ Gimatic three position slide is the most efficient solution for removing a product from a cavity mold, with its dedicated body and finger design for car bumpers. ZJ slides are compact, strong, versatile and easily adjustable.
- Double acting main cylinder and dual tie rods to precisely guide size 10 nippers.
- 32mm piston bore and 35mm adjustable stroke.
- Optional sensors available.
The ZHG >ASS< light duty slides use the groves in the pneumatic cylinder as a guide, therefore this unit is compact and light weight, ideal to stroke grippers or nippers.
- ZHG are single acting, ZHD are double acting.
- The articulated arm is adjustable.
- Available with High Pressure Spring retract or High Pressure Compressed Air retract.
- 20mm piston bore and either a 10mm or 20mm stroke.
