8000 Custom 3D Printed Vacuum Kit For Collaborative Robots
The 3D-V Vacuum Kit by EMI is a 3D printed EOAT that can be made to meet your specific handling needs. All 3D-V kits can have up to 16 vacuum cups within a 375mm x 275mm footprint. EMI can provide the ideal tool to you that is both lightweight and smart with an integrated sensing module.
The Kit is easy to install and operate. Connect your 6mm compressed air line, a 4-wire cable to the controller box, install our URCap, and your Pneumatic 3D-V Vacuum Kit is ready to expand the capabilities of your Collaborative Industrial Robot.

Quick changers assure the EOAT will be perfectly positioned each time it's mounted to the robot. In addition to helping to prevent damage to the mold or the EOAT, this can also greatly reduce the amount of fine-tuning needed upon set up. Using a quick changer that automatically connects air, vacuum and electrical assures that each time the EOAT is mounted, all of the connections will be correct (i.e. primary vacuum, secondary vacuum, primary air, secondary air etc.).
EMI's Solenoid Valve Kit for Collaborative Robots is an essential add-on for all pneumatic applications. This powerful 5-port/2-position valve enables you to actuate Single Acting (NO/NC) and Double Acting end effectors while using a single Digital Output and compressed air line.
Designed for collaborative robots, the QC75 is a manual quick changer that allows for pneumatic and electrical connections to be easily coupled between jobs. Standardize up to 16 electrical contacts and 4 pneumatic lines to have your cobot up and running with minimal downtime.
With the same convenience as the conventional vacuum filters (the VFU series), this filter can be used in the positive pressure as well.
The Vacuum Generator Kit for Cobots by EMI operates off of a 24Vdc, mono-stable signal and is the ideal solution for vacuum EOAT. With an incorporated teachable vacuum switch, 3D printed housing and anti-slip straps, the VGK is a true plug and play solution for your cobot. Built into every OnRobot gripper, the EOAT Side Quick Changer is now available for all EOAT which makes it easy to click into your cobot. With a 20kg payload, this quick changer is a simple way to swap your EOAT in between applications.
